Alisa Otto

Board Member

Alisa Otto is the Chief Program Officer at Catholic Charities West Michigan overseeing Child Welfare, Family Preservation, and Behavioral Health. Ms. Otto has 13 years of experience working in Child Welfare, Family Preservation, and Refugee Services, beginning her career as a Foster Care Case Manager. Ms. Otto is passionate about ensuring employees feel connected to the mission of their organization and find joy in their jobs.

Ms. Otto has a bachelor’s in Psychology from Cornerstone University and a master’s in School Counseling from Argosy University.
