Lead Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator
Mike Pelz is WMPC’s Lead Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Coordinator. Mr. Pelz has more than 15 years of professional experience in program and policy analysis, instructional design, survey research, strategic planning, and data visualization. His most recent position was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Calvin University.
WMPC’s commitment to innovation to transform the foster care system is what inspired Mr. Pelz to apply for the position. His research experience is of great value to the team as WMPC evaluates the current foster care practices and strategies to inform areas for development and innovation.
Mr. Pelz has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Sioux Falls, a Master’s degree in American Politics from the University of Missouri, and a doctorate in American Politics and Public Policy from the University of Missouri.
