Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator (She/Her/Hers)
Misti Conley-Rogers, Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator, joined the WMPC team with eight years of experience in human services, to include child welfare and domestic violence. She most recently served as a School Social Work intern at South Elementary School in Hudsonville Public Schools and as Foster Care Support Staff at Wellspring Lutheran Services.
Having worked as a foster care and adoption dual worker in a private agency, and as a family preservation worker in the Families First of Michigan, Conley-Rogers was excited to join WMPC to apply her knowledge of the child welfare system to drive improvements to systems, policies, and programs to positively impact children and youth.
Conley-Rogers has a Bachelor of Social Work from Central Michigan University and her Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University, as well as her Limited License (LLMSW).
