Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator (She/Her/Hers)
Jamie Ferrell is a Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator. She is a Grand Rapids native and passionate about making a difference within her community by providing support to children and families. She has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations in Kent County in many different capacities. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cornerstone University, and she recently was accepted in a Maaster of Arts in Education program at Northern Michigan University. Jamie has expereince with foster care as a licensed foster parent and she hopes to make a difference in foster care by bringing her expertise both personally and professionally to WMPC.
