Director of Performance and Quality Improvement (She/Her/Hers)
Melissa Cottengim is our Director of Performance and Quality Improvement. Melissa is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and employs the science of human behavior to improve outcomes for the families, children, and partners served at WMPC. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in Behavioral Psychology and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University in special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. Melissa was born and raised in West Michigan and enjoys having a positive impact on her local community.
