Performance and Quality Improvement Manager (She/Her/Hers)
Patty Nikolich is WMPC’s Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Manager. Patty is responsible for leading the PQI Coordinators and overseeing implementation of the WMPC PQI Plan.
Patty is a seasoned social worker with over ten years’ experience advocating, leading, and serving children and families in a variety of roles. Patty has dedicated her professional career to supporting Michigan children and families in child welfare. Patty brings significant knowledge in recruitment and licensing of foster homes, foster care adoption, and most recently lead a pilot enhanced treatment foster care program in Southwest Michigan. Patty earned a bachelor’s in social work from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s in social work focused on policy, planning, and administration from Western Michigan University.
